What can you do to improve areas of your Wheel of Life.

Career

Yes – increasing my knowledge in computers will enable me to enter the graphical and visual effects in the film industry.

No

Pass all my subjects with at least a reasonable over the edge pass .

Family Life

Will need a social companion at this point. And communication between family members may need improvement.

Spend quality family time with family members and understand each others emotions since we have been distanced for more than 5years

Friends & Socialising

Need to spend more time with friends and make more friends

I could be more vocal and approach people more often , which I do and it seems to be working .

Rest & Relaxation

I could allocate more time for sleeping and watching movies to relax my brain and

Improve my brains functionality .

Better time management may leave me with enough time to do the things necessary in my life balance .

Health & Fitness

I could do with more exercise at lleast once a week , though dieting seems to have been working .

I could still lose about 5 kg to reach the ideal BMI

Spirituality

I more or less balanced in this area but will need to become serious about my catholic religion

Personal Growth

I would need to acquire personal assets.

Money

I will need to get a job and thus reduce the financial barrier on others .I am good at budgeting so I am sure I will be able to do this easily .

Lack of confidence and dedication to personal goals, due to being sidetracked by non beneficial activities.

I feel shy when walking past a group of people and often feel like am going to fall

I feel great walking past a group of people .

Yes because I would have a daily reminder that says I can do it .

I lose the ability to speak effectively

I love speaking and am able to communicate well.

Yes because eventually I will overcome my fear .

Dancing in public

I love dancing , people love to see me dance

Yes because it will boost my confidence in ballroom dancing .
